This role is designed as a remote position, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule. Our therapists typically follow a Monday to Friday workweek from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adaptability required to align with patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to gain insight into each patient's unique trauma history and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing methodologies like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide clients on their healing journey.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on processing traumatic experiences, fostering emotional resilience, and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crucial crisis intervention support to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate access to tailored resources.

• Educate families and clients about trauma responses and available coping mechanisms, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada is essential.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, demonstrating direct interaction and treatment of trauma-related disorders, is preferred.
