Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively manage a caseload of clients, building strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries throughout therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in Nevada.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.

• Proficiency in using various digital tools, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Solid experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable conducting comprehensive intake assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 90,000 annually, structured within a Fee-for-Service model. Our clinicians enjoy guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating financial strain related to reimbursement delays. Additional benefits include:
