Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring your clinical interventions based on each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate the initial evaluation of patients and their families, ensuring an accurate triage of care and direction for subsequent interventions.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams through documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to discuss assessments, treatment plans, and integral care strategies.

• Apply your knowledge and skills effectively to meet the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients across diverse age groups.

• Manage cases to oversee a holistic approach to care, collaborating with community programs and professionals to coordinate support services.

• Complete timely and ethical documentation as mandated by our practices and standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques along with other evidence-based treatment modalities to assist clients in achieving their individualized goals within their service plans.

Our center primarily serves a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting, addressing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
