This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing to a dynamic team. You will engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, facilitating access to care for individuals who may face barriers to attending in-person sessions. Regular virtual team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities foster collaboration and teamwork among staff members. The work hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that address specific needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique characteristics of each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies to promote understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor clients' progress closely throughout their treatment journey, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment plan, integrating therapy with any prescribed medication management.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in the treatment of mood disorders, applying this knowledge to enhance clinical effectiveness and improve client results.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and professional training to foster ongoing learning and adherence to best practices.

• Advocate for clients to combat stigma associated with mental health issues and ensure they receive the support and resources necessary for their mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Rapha, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. This role involves providing care to a diverse population, adapting therapeutic interventions and approaches to meet the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatments for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and its relevance to therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with clientele confronting mood disorders, will be an asset. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques is highly desirable, as this role will leverage technology to deliver care effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
