A standard workweek is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional rotations for evening and weekend hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate individually with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique backgrounds, needs, and recovery goals.

• Implement and conduct therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote coping strategies and emotional regulation.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, encompassing treatment options and self-care practices to foster understanding and support.

• Monitor clients’ progress through consistent follow-up appointments, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration by working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic care.

• Remain informed about the latest research and methodologies related to mood disorders, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice to continuously improve client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
