Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and pattern of mood disorder symptoms and create a comprehensive understanding of each client’s mental health landscape.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, actionable treatment plans that align with their personal goals, preferences, and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment interventions.

• Diligently monitor patients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and documenting all sessions and updates to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, specifically in treating mood disorders.
