Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to determine the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on their daily lives, employing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that set realistic goals based on their preferences, lifestyle, and clinical findings.

• Implement and adapt evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, informing them of treatment options and self-management strategies to empower their recovery.

• Track and monitor clients’ progress throughout their treatment, making necessary adjustments to plans according to their evolving needs, and utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists and medical professionals to synchronize treatment efforts, facilitating medication management as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards through accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance treatment efficacy and stay informed about advancements in mental health care.

• Advocate for clients and work to destigmatize mental health issues by promoting awareness and education within the Tucson community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients struggling with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
