Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize mindfulness-based interventions, including but not limited to MBSR, to facilitate stress reduction and emotional regulation in clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine each client's unique stressors and therapeutic goals, customizing intervention strategies to suit their specific needs.

• Lead individual therapy sessions that integrate mindfulness techniques, meditation, and breathwork to foster self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and strategies to build resilience within a supportive community setting.

• Document and monitor client progress carefully, maintaining accurate records for treatment plans and mindfulness interventions to track efficacy over time.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment plan for clients, combining mindfulness practices with other therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development through workshops and training focused on mindfulness-based approaches to continuously enhance your skills and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting adult clients who seek to overcome challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. You will assist individuals who may be dealing with life transitions, work-related stressors, and other personal difficulties. Our telehealth model ensures that help is accessible for anyone in Tucson and surrounding areas, breaking down traditional barriers to care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong foundation in mental health principles with exceptional communication skills that allow for the creation of a comforting and supportive therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n
