Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and personal goals, customizing mindfulness practices to address their needs.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients cultivate self-awareness and develop effective coping skills.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness techniques, guiding clients through meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices to promote emotional balance and stress relief.

• Organize and lead group workshops on mindfulness and stress management techniques to enhance clients' resilience and awareness of self-care strategies.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining treatment plans, intervention notes, and outcomes to support ongoing therapy and communicate with other professionals.

• Engage in regular professional development activities and personal mindfulness practices to refine your skills and deepen your understanding of mindfulness therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Proven ability to integrate mindfulness practices into therapeutic settings, with a strong foundation in mental health counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
