Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop personalized therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducational workshops aimed at community support and skills building.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care and enrich treatment plans.

• Execute crisis intervention and provide support during mental health emergencies to ensure safety and stabilization of clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in regular case consultations and professional development sessions to stay updated on clinical best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a broad and diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
