Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, such as MBSR, tailoring practices to meet individual client needs for stress reduction and emotional balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors and therapeutic goals, creating customized treatment plans based on individual, evidence-based approaches.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breath work, to enhance self-awareness and promote effective coping strategies.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and stress management techniques, empowering clients in a community setting.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring the approach aligns with clients' specific mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment, integrating varying therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong foundational knowledge in mental health counseling, with an emphasis on mindfulness practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
