Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, accurately formulate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely support and effective management of emergencies.

• Maintain detailed, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings; using designated electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, licensed social workers, and care coordinators, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available, while advocating for clients' rights and addressing their unique needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training, workshops, and educational sessions to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Timeless Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse client base that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Your role will involve working with clients from different cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses, requiring you to be skilled in culturally competent therapeutic practices and adaptable to varying needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively evaluate client needs.

• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience is required.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to establish rapport with clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus to be discussed during the hiring process.
