Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide exemplary mindfulness-based interventions to help clients proactively manage anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify individual stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness strategies accordingly.

• Lead engaging mindfulness exercises and guided meditations during therapy sessions to enhance client self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate online group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience building, fostering community and shared learning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
