Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport to foster a therapeutic environment.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and ongoing needs, and prepare for safe discharges when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans that consider the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation and progress notes to comply with regulatory standards and ensure continuity of care.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to gather information that will guide treatment planning.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices to engage clients effectively.

• Participating in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to create a coordinated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
