Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and nurturing therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, facilitate discussions around stability, and schedule future appointments, including discharge planning as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique goals and needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and initiate the treatment process.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, providing tailored interventions and support for clients on a weekly basis.

• Participate in regular supervision to reflect on clinical practice and ensure ongoing personal and professional development.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to provide holistic care that encompasses the overall well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth and their families, tackling various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in mental health, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) valid in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
