This position is fully remote, enabling you to manage your work-life balance effectively. You will work within a dedicated team of licensed mental health professionals, including LCSWs, LPCCs, and LMFTs, who share a common goal of providing exceptional care. Our telehealth platform utilizes state-of-the-art technology to facilitate secure virtual therapy sessions via video and phone, ensuring seamless communication and care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and strategies based on individual patient assessments.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, employing effective therapeutic techniques to support clients in their journies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and develop integrated care strategies.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists primarily of adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a member of our team, you will provide empathetic and culturally competent care, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field.

• Proven ability to engage clients in meaningful dialogue and a compassionate demeanor.

• Demonstrated proficiency in documentation, time management, and maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing mental health counseling.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, with familiarity in utilizing digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
