This position is remote, allowing mental health professionals the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a connection with clients through virtual sessions. Our clinic operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with established therapeutic goals for each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their mental health challenges.

• Manage crisis situations with immediate interventions to stabilize and support clients experiencing acute distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry standards.

• Document treatment progress meticulously in compliance with clinic protocols and relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a population of stable, low-acuity clients who are seeking support for various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. This client focus allows you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and contribute significantly to their personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Active professional licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; preference for candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a diverse range of clients and team members.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and deliver timely interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling.

• Knowledge of community resources and referral processes to support clients outside of therapy sessions.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering remote mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
