Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized, group, and family therapy based on assessed needs and therapeutic best practices.

• Conduct comprehensive family and child counseling sessions, ensuring clients meet medical necessity and DSM-V diagnostic criteria.

• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups and workshops focused on parenting and life skills to enhance client coping capabilities.

• Accurately complete necessary client case materials, program forms, and statistical data while adhering to program compliance.

• Ensure timely charting and reporting to track progress and document the therapeutic journey of each client.

• Maintain accountability to organizational and healthcare compliance frameworks by meeting expected billing hours for reimbursement.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) from an accredited program.

• A current Associate or Licensed status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or in the process of acquiring licensure.

• Proven organizational skills, enabling efficient management of client caseloads and documentation.
\n
• A self-starter capable of initiating tasks independently, particularly pertaining to billing, documentation, and client follow-up.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required, experience with telehealth platforms, group therapy facilitation, and working with diverse populations will be considered an asset. Candidates who have provided psycho-educational services or managed family therapy sessions will find their background particularly relevant to this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
