Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to create your own work environment. With a focus on work-life balance, you will have set hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to effectively manage your time while meeting client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, gathering detailed personal histories and current mental health statuses to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies that align with each client’s individual mental health goals, using methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in one-on-one settings, utilizing digital platforms to facilitate effective communication and rapport-building.

• Manage and respond to mental health crises, offering immediate support and intervention strategies that prioritize client safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
