Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing a range of evidence-based instruments.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other approaches as appropriate.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions, adapting techniques based on monitoring clients' progress and changing needs.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards to ensure quality care and compliance.

• Participate in weekly team meetings for peer consultation, sharing best practices and discussing case management to continuously improve the effectiveness of therapies provided.

• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
