Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based video counseling sessions to provide individualized support to adult clients.

• Collaborate regularly with other mental health professionals to create an integrated treatment plan tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to guide and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in peer consultations and receive team support to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individual adults who may be experiencing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. By offering personalized care, you will help clients navigate their struggles and work towards fulfilling their potential.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice in California. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Note: Candidates with limited or provisional licenses or those with disciplinary actions are not eligible.

• Strong evaluative skills for treatment planning and implementation backed by robust decision-making abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities coupled with a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n
