Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of practical experience within the mental health field, demonstrating a deep understanding of mental health disorders.

• Experience in delivering culturally responsive individual and group therapy sessions.

• Well-developed crisis intervention skills, able to effectively manage high-stress situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
