Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices in patient confidentiality and data protection.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of stable adults who have been carefully screened prior to accessing services. These are low acuity individuals, which means that you will not be managing severe mental health crises. We will match you with clients whose needs and demographics align with your areas of specialty, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively toward positive treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions should be present on your record.

• Exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are necessary to effectively support clients in their mental health journeys.

• Basic proficiency in using technology, which is essential for conducting remote sessions and managing electronic records.

Preferred Experience\n
