Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to create individualized therapy plans that meet their specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to different client settings such as group, individual, and family therapies.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals from various disciplines to ensure comprehensive treatment and support for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client documentation reflects their progress and treatment adjustments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus potential bonuses.
