Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure from the state board is required, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health treatment best practices.

• No disciplinary actions on the license, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer competitive compensation, with a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year. In addition, all team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes a sign-on bonus, insurance coverage, and direct weekly deposits.
