Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining ethical boundaries.

• Design, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans that are centered around the individual needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and assessment records to ensure compliance and efficacy.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and formulate suitable interventions.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions weekly while actively participating in individual supervision to enhance professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC with Northeast Mental Therapy Clinic, you will primarily work with youth and young adults who may face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of experience in providing therapeutic support to psychiatric patients and/or individuals dealing with substance abuse.

Compensation and Benefits\n
