Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Provide targeted individual and family therapy sessions tailored to patient-specific needs and treatment goals, using proven therapeutic techniques.

• Complete all necessary documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, within the expected time frames to maintain compliance and streamline patient care.

• Develop crisis intervention plans and wellness strategies, including safety and relapse prevention plans, to ensure patients maintain stable functioning amidst challenges.

• Create and implement effective discharge plans that prepare patients for successful transitions back to their communities.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations as well as Impireum’s internal policies, guaranteeing patient safety and care quality.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by pursuing additional training and continuing education to enhance clinical skills.

• Engage actively in case consultations and agency meetings to share insights, best practices, and resources with colleagues.
\n
• Fulfill all licensing requirements and participate in mandatory training to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Pennsylvania (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
