Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that include initial evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, integrating various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a network of professionals including case managers and psychiatrists to ensure that clients receive holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients in acute distress, using de-escalation techniques and grounding strategies to stabilize their emotional states.

• Engage in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting resource accessibility.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and establish effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proven cultural competence to work sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring proper and timely documentation of client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging between $80,000 and $100,000 annually based on your experience and credentials.
