Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Alvita Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. You may also support clients dealing with substance abuse issues, helping them navigate recovery while addressing co-occurring mental health challenges. In this role, your cultural competence will be critical, as you will encounter a variety of backgrounds and experiences requiring sensitive and customized therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology obtained from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Deep understanding of a variety of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
