Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Unity Point, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to foster client engagement and facilitate positive outcomes.

• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and integrated care to clients.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in ongoing workshops and training to keep abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Unity Point offers competitive compensation with a salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
