Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via secure video conferencing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele of stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. This population typically includes individuals experiencing common issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and personal relationship difficulties. Your role is pivotal in supporting these clients as they navigate their challenges and work towards improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as a mental health counselor, which may include: \n

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional or limited licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect empathetically with clients.

• Strong proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

A background in providing telehealth services or experience with remote counseling is preferred, although not mandatory. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation practices would be advantageous, as we aim to enhance the efficiency of our service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, determined by hours worked and experience. In addition, successful candidates can look forward to:
