Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at All of You Counseling Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be essential in understanding their unique experiences and promoting effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in an outpatient mental health setting is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse client base, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
