Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Idyllic Behavioral Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Holding a personalized caseload of clients and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional boundaries and ethics.

• Regularly meeting with clients for progress reviews, discussing treatment updates, appointment scheduling, and discharge planning as appropriate.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, continuously monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and formulate effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
\n
• Participating in individualized supervision sessions to refine therapeutic skills and approaches.
\n
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Embracing a growth mindset in all professional interactions and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidates will be youth-focused mental health clinicians, ready to engage with diverse populations. Your work will primarily involve supporting clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Ability to meet criteria for internal credentialing within relevant clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the qualifications above, the following experience is preferred:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, particularly within both individual and group therapy settings.

• Demonstrated experience with psychiatric patient populations and/or individuals struggling with substance abuse issues.

• Proficient computer skills with a solid understanding of electronic health records and basic keyboarding.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000–80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
