Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible working arrangement as it is fully remote. The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while engaging in meaningful work that contributes to the mental wellness of our clients. You will have access to modern telehealth technology, enabling seamless communication with clients and collaboration with team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to assess client needs and engage in meaningful dialogue.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies, adapting plans based on ongoing assessments and progress evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all client interactions and progress notes are up to date.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to integrate diverse perspectives into client care, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Utilize crisis intervention methods effectively when addressing urgent mental health concerns, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and present a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a licensed therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and empowering them to achieve their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California to practice independently.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential.

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.

• Proficient in using electronic health records and other documentation systems necessary for client management.
