Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while strictly adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan next steps, including potential discharge when appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with our established guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to identify client needs and goals effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health support to youth clients. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
