Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Great Lake Health & Wellness, your daily tasks will include:

• Managing a thoughtful caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while conducting evaluations.

• Meeting regularly with clients to assess progress, identify potential discharge timelines, and schedule follow-up appointments as necessary.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that prioritize client goals and preferences.
\n
• Conducting thorough intake assessments to accurately identify client needs and challenges.
\n
• Documenting client progress through detailed notes and maintaining accurate records in alignment with HIPAA regulations.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, tailoring techniques and interventions to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Engaging in ongoing supervision and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on the youth demographic, working with children, adolescents, and their families. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Great Lake Health & Wellness offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 – 80,000 per year. Additional benefits include:
