Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Right Path Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a designated caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while respecting professional boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when clinically appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and updates on treatment plans.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to determine the most suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions weekly and documenting outcomes effectively.

• Engaging in individual supervision to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth between the ages of 12 and 18, addressing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and transitions in their life stages. Qualifications\n
