Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, ensuring strong ethical relationships and professional boundaries at all times.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and determine readiness for discharge as applicable.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining comprehensive progress notes and performing intake assessments as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate a designated number of one-on-one therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and skill enhancement.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated care and comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on youth clients, addressing a variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and substance use. By prioritizing client autonomy and respect, you will help guide them toward improved mental health and overall wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Ability to fulfill all internal credentialing requirements for clinical practice within the organization.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals dealing with substance abuse.

• Prior experience conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and providing both individual and group therapy.

• Proficient in the use of technology, with basic computer skills including documentation and record-keeping.

Compensation and Benefits\n
