Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to track their progress, assess stability, schedule future appointments, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.

• Collaborating with clients to design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Performing comprehensive intake evaluations to determine client needs and appropriate treatment strategies.

• Conducting a set number of individual therapy sessions weekly to ensure effective client engagement.

• Participating in individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and skill enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with youth who may be facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
