Work Environment\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at our organization, you will work primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and eliminating the need for daily commuting. Your office can be your workspace of choice, whether that's at home or another conducive environment. While most sessions are conducted via telehealth, you may also have opportunities to deliver care in person, depending on client preferences. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth technology to ensure accessibility for all clients.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients’ backgrounds, challenges, and needs, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) tailored to support client goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Engage proactively in supervision and peer consultation sessions to share best practices, discuss challenging cases, and foster professional growth.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to provide comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will play a crucial role in addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your ability to engage and build rapport with various demographics will enhance the therapeutic process and empower clients to achieve their personal goals for wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Current active LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
