Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and individual circumstances.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique goals and challenges, ensuring evidence-based practices are employed.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Monitor and document each client's progress with meticulous attention to detail, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients in distress, offering immediate support and guidance during challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to stringent legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care plan for each client.

• Engage in continuing education and participate in clinical supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of advancements in mental health treatment.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards provided by relevant licensing bodies, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with adolescents and young adults facing serious mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and other emotional challenges. By engaging clients in a compassionate and understanding manner, you will help facilitate their journeys toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Excellent communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and team members.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy therapeutic environment.

• No disciplinary actions on licensure or relevant boards.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with high-acuity mental health clients, particularly in virtual or telehealth settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and methodologies targeted toward adolescents and young adults.

• Prior experience in crisis intervention and management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the foundational salary, therapists may also receive bonus opportunities and other benefits, including a retirement savings plan (401k or similar), paid time off, and paid holidays.
