Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their mental health needs, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored appropriately based on continual assessment and feedback.

• Design and implement individualized treatment programs that meet the clinical needs of each patient, employing both evidence-based and therapeutic methodologies.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapies, depending on the therapeutic needs and preferences of your clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing your insights to the program planning and adjusting treatment strategies based on team discussions and findings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and young adults facing various mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Understanding the unique cultural and social contexts of our clients is essential, as you will tailor your approach to resonate with their experiences and improve engagement and therapy outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• An active California license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with at least nine credits focused on clinical practice in human services.

• A minimum of two years of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to children, adolescents, or young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
