Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our cohesive team. Operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans that facilitate their recovery and well-being.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health concerns, fostering a sense of community among participants.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within the multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive compassionate and appropriate assistance.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and tools for recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary patient population includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depressive disorders, and substance use disorders. Working with diverse demographics, you will support patients from various cultural backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique challenges while enhancing their overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is mandatory.

• Demonstrable knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and evidenced-based therapeutic approaches is essential.

• Ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to patients' unique needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
