Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological needs, identifying their strengths and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based strategies, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy through telehealth platforms, ensuring access to care that accommodates diverse schedules.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups focused on topics such as stress management and coping mechanisms to promote community involvement and support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care for patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, supplying immediate support and resources to patients during mental health emergencies.

• Educate individuals about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and local community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in treatment.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
