Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized one-on-one therapy sessions and group discussions, assessing new patient histories and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director on the design and implementation of clinical programs and activities that enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to assess patient progress and integrate insights from various healthcare professionals, fostering a holistic approach to client care.

• Create, document, and update individualized treatment plans that align with patients' developmental and psychological needs.

• Implement ongoing assessments of patient progress using our approved digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of outcomes.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adapt strategies based on client feedback and therapy outcomes.

• Complete additional clinical duties as assigned, while maintaining open communication with team members and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a closely related field, along with active licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
