Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand needs and preferences.

• Provide targeted individual and family therapy sessions based on preliminary assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each case.

• Maintain accurate billing and documentation, including individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with established timelines.

• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans as necessary to facilitate patient stability and recovery.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that reflect the patient’s needs and support their transition from active therapy.

• Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures, to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training and continuing education opportunities.

• Engage in case consultations and attend agency meetings to foster teamwork and share best practices.

• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training to maintain professional competency.

Qualifications\n
