Work Environment\n

This role will primarily operate in a remote telehealth capacity, allowing you to engage directly with clients via a secure digital platform. This setting enables the flexibility of location while maintaining the highest standard of care. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. You will leverage technology to conduct virtual assessments, therapy sessions, and consultations, ensuring that every child receives the support they need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and concerns of children and adolescents.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing mental health services primarily to children and adolescents facing a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, and various behavioral challenges. Your expertise will directly influence the emotional and psychological development of young individuals and their families, ensuring they receive the most appropriate and effective care possible.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant post-licensure experience, particularly in a clinical setting focused on children and adolescents.

• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with familiarity with effective treatment modalities.

• Experience in delivering both individual and family therapy to young patients.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills paired with a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Ability to forge trusting relationships with clients, their families, and a team of diverse professionals.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other relevant technological tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, candidates with advanced specialist certifications, additional languages, or specific training in therapeutic techniques relevant to youth mental health will be preferred. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of experience and expertise.
