Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) system for all patient interactions.

• Attend team meetings and professional development workshops, staying updated on the latest research and treatment methodologies in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and conduct disorders. This population often requires a nuanced approach, as they are navigating both personal and developmental hurdles. A strong emphasis is placed on family involvement, recognizing the pivotal role caregivers play in a child's mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
\n
• Profound knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, employing a compassionate approach in interactions with young clients and their families.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
