Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and limitations.

• Create customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth, adapting modalities to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and monitor their progress throughout treatment, adjusting approaches as needed.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes that comply with relevant regulations.

• Engage continuously in professional development to ensure familiarity with the latest therapeutic innovations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving adolescents and young adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• An advanced degree (MA or MS) in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience level. In addition to a strong salary, our compensation package includes:
