Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's specific needs and mental health challenges.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Solace, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from different backgrounds and experiences. Your role will involve adapting your therapeutic techniques to meet individual cultural needs, ensuring that each client receives the most effective and personalized care possible.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and recognized license/certification in the State of California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience working directly with clients who are facing emotional and psychological challenges is essential for this role.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients in a supportive manner.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using electronic medical records systems is strongly preferred, facilitating streamlined client management and documentation.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 78,000 to USD 115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and your caseload.
